Purpose of These Terms
These Dealer Terms of Service govern participation in the Custom Shower Glass Doors Dealer Program and apply to dealers, contractors, installers, resellers, distributors, and trade professionals.

Dealer Program Eligibility
Dealer participation is subject to approval by Sonoran Glass Systems, LLC. Applicants may be required to provide business registration information, proof of insurance, contractor licenses, references, and related documentation.

Independent Business Relationship
Dealers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Sonoran Glass Systems, LLC.

Non-Exclusive Relationship
The Dealer Program is non-exclusive. We reserve the right to appoint additional dealers, sell directly to consumers, and operate within overlapping territories.

Dealer Pricing & Payment Terms
Dealer pricing is confidential and subject to change. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are due immediately. Late payments may result in account suspension, interest charges, or collection efforts.

Customer Responsibility & Measurements
Dealers are solely responsible for field measurements, product specifications, installation conditions, and order accuracy before submission.

Installation Standards
Dealers and installers must follow installation instructions, comply with local codes, maintain proper insurance, and use qualified installation practices.

Warranty Responsibilities
Dealers are expected to assist customers with warranty claims and act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and documentation.

Freight, Delivery & Damage Claims
Dealers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and properly documenting freight damage within required reporting timelines.

Marketing & Brand Usage
Approved dealers may use authorized branding materials only in accordance with company guidelines. Misrepresentation, unauthorized claims, or misuse of trademarks is prohibited.

Online Sales Restrictions
Dealers may not use deceptive sales practices, misrepresent products, advertise unauthorized pricing, or misuse company content or product photography.

Returns & Restocking
Dealer returns may be subject to authorization approval, restocking fees, freight charges, packaging requirements, and inspection. Custom-manufactured products are generally non-returnable.

Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dealer participation for non-payment, poor installation quality, policy violations, misuse of branding, or conduct damaging to company reputation.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonoran Glass Systems, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages related to dealer operations, installations, customer disputes, or product use.

Indemnification
Dealers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonoran Glass Systems, LLC from claims arising from improper installation, dealer negligence, customer disputes, code violations, or unauthorized representations.

Governing Law
These Dealer Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Updates to Dealer Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Dealer Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Dealer Program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
